Qatar Collection
β’ Returns are accepted within 10 days from the delivery date
β’ Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in original packaging
If the issue is from Qtrshoeβs side (wrong item, defect, or order error)
β’ Full refund will be issued
β’ Delivery fees will be covered by Qtrshoe
If the return is from the customerβs side (size issue, preference, or change of mind)
β’ Return is accepted
β’ Delivery fees are non-refundable
β’ Any return shipping or collection cost, if applicable, is the customerβs responsibility
International Collection (Qatar, UAE, GCC, and International)
β’ Returns are accepted for eligible items only
