At Qtrshoe, we handle returns and refunds in a clear and fair manner. Eligibility depends on the service selected and the condition of the item.

Qatar Collection

β€’ Returns are accepted within 10 days from the delivery date

β€’ Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in original packaging

If the issue is from Qtrshoe’s side (wrong item, defect, or order error)

β€’ Full refund will be issued

β€’ Delivery fees will be covered by Qtrshoe

If the return is from the customer’s side (size issue, preference, or change of mind)

β€’ Return is accepted

β€’ Delivery fees are non-refundable

β€’ Any return shipping or collection cost, if applicable, is the customer’s responsibility

International Collection (Qatar, UAE, GCC, and International)

β€’ Returns are accepted for eligible items only

β€’ Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in original packaging

Refund Processing

β€’ Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected
